its way too early to be concerned about weight loss, you only started 2 days ago. Quick glance at your diet calendar indicates that you aren't eating enough. Women need to eat 1500-1800 calories MINIMUM per day. If you don't eat enough, your body goes into starvation mode, and will hang on to every ounce. I also looked at your menu, and you aren't getting enough veggies. You need to get 12-15 of your 20 NET carbs from veggies. This is important for both the fiber (which will help you loose and keep you from being constipated) and nutritionally for long-term health.
Good luck with your program. You CAN do it.
