OK been a bit off track it seems like when I get on track with excercising my back hurts so much, next week I promise myself, when it happens, I will go and see my chiropractor. For this week I must try and do different workouts, I want to work on my core, maybe this will strenghten my back, make my posture better, and help relieve some of the pain. It is really hindering my excercise routine, and I am determined not to let it stop me, it is just sometimes hard when my back hurts so much.
I have been drinking more water, and making home made soups, so i can get more veggies down. I also am back on my berrie and veggie and fruit juice.
Struggling to get that next lb off, hope I can do it by the end of this week, need to stay vocused and on track.
