Hello...thanks for wanting to be my buddy. I just joined weight watchers for the gzilliant time...ha...but this time I plan on staying with it. I have been inactive for a very long period of time, so I am trying to do my treadmill for 1/2 hour, which works out to be approx. 1 1/2 miles for me, I have done it twice this week so far...but would like to do it daily...I can see you have been quite successful, could you help me out with a basic breakfast, lunch and dinner while I read all the information? I mean something very, very simple I don't have to think about to much. I could do it for a week. I need a good start. I appreciate any suggestions you could give me. Thanks ShirlV
