Dziennik jaimechew, 02 lis 07

Hey everyone, did my weight this mornig but apparently I've put on 0.2kg which doesnt even make sense since I've been exercising every day this week and been so good with calorie counting. I don't understand why I haven't lost weight. I look like I have though?! Can anyone explain whats happening????

Maybe you are just gaining muscle? I haven't been losing, and I have been working out every night also, so maybe I a wrong.

Thats what I'm hoping but at some point weight should actually come off though right? Maybe I should start weighing myself more often?
