Ok, so I made it to my calorie minimum today though I didn't realize my lunch was going to be so big other wise I would have split it in half at least. I am still full (which is not good) three hours after eating but it was at least properly combined sooooo we'll call it even today. Since I have the time I may just have to start planning my meals the day before that way I can split them up better and then enter them here to make sure I have my numbers right.
I'm starting with the focus on total calories. Then I am going to slowly work my way into getting the source of my calories more balanced. One step at a time.
Really the only bad thing I had today was those tiny little russian tea cookies that were made by a dear friend. They are half the size as what I found in the database and since I don't know the recipe I went with one of those.
