Exercise today - AM: Warm-up with Vibram foot fitness and 100-ups, some inversion table stretching and crunches, then 60 squats. 9.44 mile ride to work. PM: Ride home, then a short walk with the dog. Going to finish with some foot stretches, inversion table, and then an hour or so of Wii with the wife.
Food today - Breakfast: energy bar and Atkins shake Snacks: apple, sunflower seeds Lunch: Atkins shake Dinner: Starving, ate more than I needed. Pizza chicken, whole-grain pasta, and oven-fried eggplant (breaded with flax seed).
