Well Weight Watchers stopped. And I didn't have a good scale. SO, when I weighed myself on Tuesday, I weighed the same. However, I weighed myself at the gym last night and it said 207, so I don't know. I will record my weight for next week. My faults, I see that I am not tracking and I'm not seeing results. So I really need to kick it into gear.
