So, I've recorded what I ate for today, I'm at 102% of my daily intake which is 1200. Not too bad. I did notice that I'm at 47% of fat. That means that almost half of my days food is fat. Yuck. I didn't even realize it. So, I'm gonna have to start paying more attention to those percentages. My biggest thing lately is that I haven't been drinking any water. I'm really just not thirsty for it, mostly because I've been chugging away on the coffee while at work, when i get home from work and then when i'm studying. Also, I've done a wonderful job of rearranging one of the rooms in my house to be a home gym. We have the XBOX kinnect with Just Dance 3, Dance Central, and other games. I have Zumba DVD's, a Yoga DVD, my elliptical and a "home gym...pulley system with weights (corey everson). It looks wonderful. Haven't used it at all!! I want to be a role model for my 11year old, chunky son, but so far all I'm modeling is how to stress out while studying for a test and snacking on everything that isn't nailed down. Any suggestions, other than to get off my butt and just work out and stop putting junk in my mouth??? Cuz I already know I need to do that! I need help finding the motivation. I've looked within...it's not there! I think it might be on an extended vacation, not sure, but haven't heard from it in a while!!
