Whew! What a day. Started off with pushup and squat challenge, ran a little with the dog, and then off to Austin for some off-road cycling and then road cycling around Town lake. Finished with late lunch/dinner at Torchy's Tacos and some beer.
Exercise: AM: Vibram foot fitness, 100-ups, warmup and stretching, pushups W4D3(23/28/23/23/33) - really struggled to get out the minimum on the last set; squats W3D3 (30/38/27/27/150) Trail run 1.5 miles/18 minutes.
Just realized I jumped from a 7 weeks to 100 pushups program to a 6 week program!
4 miles off-road at Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park and 12 1/2 miles around Town Lake in Austin.
