I'm having a bit of a fat day today. Where I feel like i havent lost 9 pounds but in fact feel the same shape if not more than when i started. Its jsut been so hard this week as it has not stopped raining so i havent been able to exercise as much as normal and today we have some presentation at lunch so i cant exercise then either- not that i could with this rain! I need help, inspiration. something... im too scared to jump on the scales for fear of massive weight gain :(
