Gosh, you all are so wonderful! I asked for some info and answers came flooding in! Who would have thought there was so many fat grams in wheat bread??? what the heck?? Maybe I should ask you all out there, which is the healthiest bread to eat from Quiznos??? :) thank you, everyone!
How is the workouts going? is there anyone besides me who is contemplating skipping workout today? I was thinking that it's Saturday...Maybe it would be a good idea to rest. Then again, I hate to take any time off the day before weigh in!! Heck, forget it! I will read all my buddies's journals and then head over to the gym!
