Yesterday was a pretty good day in food land. I ate over my points, as per usual, but I worked out for twice as long as usual so I don't feel guilty about it. I also didn't eat crap, I ate good food. A little too much salad..I think..but I love feta so when it's in the house I have to eat it.

I weighed in this morning and I lost a half a pound!! I know it isn't much, but I lifted weights hardcore last night so I'm retaining water. I also still feel swollen from the Chinese so as far as I'm concerned a half a pound is good! I can't wait to see what it is next weigh in!

My goal this week is to eat less sodium. It's going to be tricky because i LOVE to eat progreso light soups for lunch...and smart ones to help the portion control. Not to mention, they're so easy to just throw in my bag...you know?

That's all for now..meeting the roooomie for dinner tonight in Ktown. We are aiming to make smart food choices and we're good at being brutally honest with each other and chanting "bikini, bikini" under our breath. Hope it works! :)
