It's taken me 3 months to get rid of 10 pounds, losses so slow when headed to the 60's. had hopes of a 151 weigh in on my birthday..2/24...don't think it will be much of a chance of reaching that goal by then. Still 10 pounds down is good, so i try to stay with it and be positive.
