I'm aiming to get in another day at the gym tomorrow. Today I can't but I'm going to do a lot of walking today which is good. I'm staying pretty consistent and I'm not overdoing it in the evenings (namely because I've been getting home pretty late). I like that I can put in everything here easily (unlike dotfit) but I don't really feel like it's as cohesive and friendly as weight watchers...I'll keep trying but I'm feeling like it's more of an individual effort than a group one..perhaps I just need the right group.
