Just started this yesterday. I have diabetes and back/leg injury from an accident. For the first time, I excercised day before yesterday! Did 3 miles on my pro fit cycle on Monday. I did 4 miles last night at 14-18 mph!! I know it's not much, but for me its HUGE. :) Praying that I will stick with this. I'm trying. I have to realize it's not going to be smooth sailing all the time, and it's going to take TIME...more than MONTHS... It is NOT going to happen overnight. :)
