it has been a while since I wrote in a journal, I was sick for a month after my trip to oklahoma city. My bike keeps getting flat tires. I had started a couple of weeks ago with mostly no gluten and almost no sugar. I stopped putting sugar in my coffee, just cream. I am thinking of ordering one of the "96" coffees, because of how great they taste and lack of bitterness I will enjoy the coffee black without even adding cream. I am mostly sticking to vegatables, meat, fruit, dairy no pre-made stuff. Drinking more water. My weight is the same I think, do not have my scale with me.
