Hanging in there, just started some new medication, hope it does not make me gain weight, and makes me feel better. Won't know for a couple of weeks a little anxious about it, I will be furious if it makes me gain weight after all this hard work, was the naughtiest I have been last night, since I started. I ate a bag of kingsize M & Ms, beofre this I coould have eaten way more than that, but I felt so guilty yesterday. Will not do that again. Still eating my fruit and veggies, drinking water and exercising though. Put a fake tattoo on my belly, (much to my families dismay) so I can be pretty and watch it go down, and I LOVE it, it looks real, and very pretty, still a long way to go, before I dare show it anyone other than my family though.
