Hi,

Does anyone have any healthy ideas for breakfast and lunch please?
I survived the weekend :) Do you only weigh once a week en which day?

It greatly depend on what your definition of 'Healthy' is. Any foods can be unhealthy under circumstances.

my breakfast normally consists of eggs, weetbix, yogurt and muesli and lunch will be chicken & veg, stir fry or salad. I need a few new ideas but I'm checking the recipes now on fat secret and found few ideas

I love a wrap with either chicken avo and mushrooms or biltong, mushrooms and avo I also add a little sweet chillie sauce or mayo to this sometimes. I use the weigh-less wraps

If you are doing low carb, a great breakfast is the meat and nut breakfast. Basically just have lean meat and some mixed nuts. Not the most exciting, but really beneficial for fat loss. I myself do not do low carb so I cycle between oats, swiss muesli, eggs on toast, fruit bowl. I also spike all my breakfast with a whey protein shot.

I love sliced boiled eggs with slices of tomato on crackerbread. 2 boiled eggs makes 3 open crackerbread sandwhiches. it's quick and easy - add salt and back pepper to taste

on your question about weighing in; your body weight will vary significantly from day to day. So to truly measure progress you need to compare your weekly average weight with yhe average of the week before. That means daily weigh ins. Woman's weight can vary dramatically due to hormones so don't get stressed when its up a kg suddenly one day, it will average out over the week

take your measurements as well... much better way to keep track.. and photos.. body composition changes... and scale only as a long term measurement once a week..please remember pms bloating and can add up to 4kg on a bad month for water retention.

Thanks to everyone for the input :) This week I feel strong again, healthy eating and on the right path, just can't get myself to get up at 04:00 in the morning to start my exercise again... but I will get there soon.

It is amazing how good you feel when you eat healthy. I just had a low carb chicken casserole from Hyperama and it was delicious. Hope that I can have some control over the weekend. But it is amazing how quickly you can add the cm's again, I will start with "Kim Kardashian: Fit into my jeans by Friday" on Monday. Anyone else doing any @ home exercise routines? I don't know if I will get to my 60kg, but I will keep trying and stay positive. Have a good weekend all :)
