I have just really been bombing and not sure where my motivation has been. I am not so sure I found it, but I think it found me. The last two days have been good and I started back to the gym yesterday.
I am bummed I know my weight is up...not as high as it was when I started at 250, but I have let some creep back up. I weighed this morning and will weigh again and record tomorrow morning. I have blown my challenges.
Mad at myself but not much to be done but get back in the saddle. I really do better when I have someone to go to the gym with, but that is just not in the cards. So I have to try to just not let me down. It is easier to not let someone else down.
*sigh* oh well. I will weigh tomorrow morning and look for a spring challenge and then a summer challenge.

Way to go Jaime for coming back and climbing back into the saddle. Just remember, YOU are worth the effort so hang in there.
