Had a really tough few days, and have hit the M & M's big time, but I did walk 4.5 miles to get rid of some of the guilt. Have to stay on track, it is going to be a tough week. I really want to lose one more little lb this week, but if I am not careful, I wll be gaining one:( Have to up the berrie juice and water and should really make another cabbage soup and do my tae bo, excercise is good for stress too, right, not just chococlate. Need any encouragement I can get, my life sucks right now.....Now here is my own therapy, my life is not going to suck, any less, if I eat cake and chocolate and gain weight........
