Been back and forth due to starting a new job and getting into a routine. Started Induction again yesterday, started working out 30 minutes a day with a Mel B exercise game for the PS3. Works pretty well. Haven't sweated that much in a long time. :) We'll see if that makes any difference. At least I've still managed to hit a new low.
