I tried an exercise video last night via Netflix. Man am I uncoordinated! It went way too fast for me, so there was no way for me to keep up with the dance steps. But I just moved around a lot and got my pulse up. I figure any movement is movement and I felt really good after I was done.
I think I'll try a different video tonight - there's a cardio kickboxing that looks fun and we have "8 minute abs" downloaded that I need to get back into.
