No change, but feeling good. I had a really filling dinner last night that I think contributes to the lack of weight loss (including broccoli, cucumber salad, roast beef, and some cottage cheese). Calories/carbs were in balance but I felt uncomfortably full afterwards. My wife and I decided to stay in tonight and avoid the chaos of Valentine’s day – but I will pick up some flowers on my way home from work (if I remember).
