Totally overate yesterday. 1/2 stress ate and the other 1/2 was..well if this day is a wash, might as well enjoy.
Results: didn't check scale but boy am I nauseated from yesterday.
Also, kicked butt at the gym. This weekend is going to be difficult because we are celebrating my dad's Birthday and Father's Day...but roll with it.
