haven't been on here in about a month. :( haven't stopped working out, but haven't lost any weight. i'm back to 194... up 3 lbs from the end of january. so frustrated. so, now i'm getting back onto my eating diet. i have kept up with working out and only drinking tons of water a day... but, i'm not dropping any pounds. it's frustrating. guess i have to watch and count calories and carbs again. it was working, and i got distracted and stopped. my goal is to lose 2-4 lbs a week. i think it will be easier for me, if i set that type of goal for myself - rather than saying oh, i want to lose 50 lbs. 2-4 lbs a week seems so much easier to me than losing the whole sum. gotta start small. lets do this! seriously.
