Day 18 of the 20 days. I did 50 minutes of cardio yesterday and 4 sets on the assisted pull up machine. Part of the cardio was jogging .25 miles on the treadmill at the very end of my workout. I felt my butt jiggling like crazy! I had to laugh at how out of shape I have become!

That is GOOOOOD! I went home yesterday and sat down in the recliner for a min......to watch a little tv before going, and ofcourse FELL ASLEEP there. I've been doing some reading. I think I will get my cardio in during my morning wake up hours (to burn more calories) and my son and I can do the weight training at night, and if I feel like it I can get more cardio then. I get great ideas, then don't follow through with them. Let's hope this one sticks!

Yes, I went to visit a friend in NY and we picked apples! My first time. It was great and the apples were delicious! (And fuji, and golden, and roma)lol. I can't go back to grocery store apples now.
