Still feeling under the weather...today I have no voice and still scratchy sore throat. I don't feel terrible but not 100%. I will take my vitamins and some garlic to boost the immune system. I feel I did well yesterday. Not at induction level with carbs but since I am following a fast I am not as overly concerned with that. I was stuffed after dinner and that is a good thing.
After weigh in: You lost 0.6 lb (0.3 %) since you last weighed in on Sunday 26 Feb 12. At that rate it will take you about 3 months to get to your goal weight.
I can live with that. I have no one to blame but myself and finding ways to keep on track and when I do veer off to quickly get back on track. 3 months is labor day so a good place to be to put on a bathing suit and to continue my goal in the summer.
