Just got home from grocery shopping & am so excited about the many healthy things I bought. Ok, ok... yes, I also snuck a tiny bag of coconut m&ms from the register onto the belt as well... but, no worries... they'll last me a whiiiile. ;) I couldn't resist them & sometimes I just need a tiny little treat. I haven't snacked on junk food in a while - go me! :)
Anyway... I had a successful day food wise - much better than yesterday. I stayed under my carb limit (which has been so hard for me) & my calorie limit! Happy dance!! Can't wait to step on the scale this weekend! Hope to shed a couple pounds for this week!!! I may have to do a sneak peak tomorrow morning ;)
