This week I am +2.2lbs. I was positive that I would have a gain...with the stress of final exams and being my time of the month I was super munchie all week. It was just a little shocking, since I have started with the Jenny Craig program, I have not had this much of a gain. But I have not committed myself to start going to the gym. I have a gym buddy that is kicking my butt not taking any excuses that I give for not going. Here's hoping not to see another weight gain like this!
