Moved house, which is a week long work out in itself. I have been very stressed out, and I have fallen off my diet. But next week I hope to get on back on track. I normally weigh myself everyday, but have not got on the scale for a week, I'm afraid to, but will today. My dearest and oldest best friends Mum, has been very sick this week and has terminal cancer, so that has been really difficult for me too.

I am trying to be gentle with myself and take care of my emotional well being this week, however next week it is back to business. I also have not had a computer for a week, or TV.

It is almost getting to the end now, and I have to excercise and watch what I eat, otherwise all my hard work for the last ten weeks will be wasted.

Moving is a good workout. I moved a couple of years ago and lost about 4 lbs. in those 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I gained them back after that was all done, so I hope you get back to your normal schedule when you're done moving. As for your friend's mom, I've been there too. It's so hard to see someone you know and are close to, go through that. Let the emotions out instead of stuffing them with food, and that may help. Good luck!!
