i haven't lost any, but i haven't gained any either... guess i should be happy about that. it's just hard to be. i've lost a total of 15 pounds, and i'm getting frustrated because i can't really tell a difference on my body - except that my jeans are a little more loose. ugh. time to kick my butt, to knock off these pounds and inches. seriously need to buckle down. starting now. i need that number on the scale to go down... 3 pounds by sunday. ha.

Just take it day by day hun. Our bodies are unpredictable. I used to say "oh im going to lose 5 pounds this week!" Ive gone a month before and only lost 5 pounds or so. Just keep up the good hard work and it WILL pay off, try not to get frustrated. I know thats easier said than done though, right? :P You're doin great

thanks girls! Yes, it's so much easier said than done, that's for sure! I know I'm not alone in this... I just have to make a few more changes! :)
