So I definitely ate a lot today but it's within my extra 35 flex points and I will even have a calorie deficit for the day and I've had one every day. Nevertheless, I'm sure the scale will still be the same (or worse) tomorrow than it's been for over a week...
I know I'm not doing EVERYTHING I can but I'm within my guidelines and normally I lose that way. I'm convinced it's the new birth control pills. I know "they" say bc pills don't make people gain weight but life was fine before I restarted on these.
We'll have to see how things progress next week when I add in exercise.
