I feel fantastic after changing blood pressure medications. My only problem is my new drug that is working quite well has a side effect of unexplained weight gain. I finally seem to be starting down on the pounds and I hope I have gained an eating approach that will allow the meds to work but at the same time not to gain. I have been in the 150s before the med change and then in the last couple of months gained nearly 20 pounds without eating anything bad for me. I am down from my high where I refused to weigh in and eating almost no processed foods and very limited carbs.
