Friday, 8/25/17 Steps = 17,780

Well some of my plans for the next 2 weeks are canceled so the good news is that I will be able to have more 'normal' days of eating and exercise. The bad news is that the plans had to be canceled due to a family emergency which is stressful and also could cause disruptions. So I plan to just do my best on exercise and try to make good choices on food. I will also record food until visitors arrive later next the week.

Sounds like you are taking things in stride (oops a joke since you do so much walking!). Hope that everything sorts out. You are doing great and being able to adjust to what life throws at us is a big part of what it this journey all about. I have come to the conclusion that getting thrown of track by "life" is inevitable and it is how we go about the course correction afterwards that is key to our success. Sometime gaining weight or not being able to exercise is unavoidable. But correcting afterwards is not, especially if we want to continue towards our goals!
