I managed to finish the day at 22 points even though I am allowed to have 30 and most days it's hard to stop there. If I could do it today, why not other days??? Granted, I'm less active on the weekends than on the weekdays so that probably accounts for some of it...in any event, my point to myself is that if I can feel totally satisfied on 22 points today, I could do this most any day...or even 24 or 26 points. I need to remember today as this week progresses and try to see if I can end my day without pushing the calories/points to their absolute limit.
