Dziennik InChristAlone, 20 gru 07

Hi everyone! I haven't been on this thing in a while b/c I got so sick of constantly worrying about my weight. I went off the diet for a while, also, and started back a couple of weeks ago. I did pretty good for the most part. I would cheat on the weekends and stay 100% during the week. That must have helped my metabolism b/c I have been dropping the weight like you wouldn't believe and I haven't even been going to the gym. I have been doing a lot of shopping (which means a lot of walking & carrying things) AND I did a LOT of cleaning yesterday. So, between the two, that might be why it came off so fast.

Anyway, my goal was 135, which I hit (I'm 133.4 lbs). I changed my goal weight to 130. I just want to see if I'm too skinny at 130 b/c if I am (HALLELUJAH!) I will be able to EAT almost whatever. You know that's always fun! :) But honestly, there's just a little bit more fat on my hips that I'm hoping it will all come off right there if I lost another 3.5 lbs. :)

I am going to enjoy myself on Christmas Eve & Christmas. Then, I'll go back on Phase I. We leave for Hawaii in January. So I'll have 3 weeks to maintain or get down to 130 for Hawaii. ALOHA!! :)

Congrats on hitting you goal...you are doing great! Keep up the good work! Thanks for the kind words....it does always happen in 3's and I am praying it is over for awhile! Have a very Merry Christmas!
