I think this is one of the reasons I find calorie counting so hard, as I'm always facing the challenge of eating what I actually enjoy against what is actually healthy for me. So my calories counted were always over and I'd think why bother! So this time I'm eating what I enjoy and exercising portion control, and then when I see the scales starting to go down I'll start trying to introduce healthy eating.
