So I just recorded my first food diary entry....and realized how much crap I eat. It's not that I don't exercise enough (I am on my feet most of the day between working 3 jobs), but that I don't eat healthy enough. I don't get enough fruits and veggies, too many carbs, too many fats, and not enough vitamins and minerals. Also, that last piece of left over birthday cake did me in tonight. Since I don't have to be in work until 10:30am tomorrow, I'm going to make myself a healthy breakfast. And remember to take my vitamins. On the bright side, I drank my daily recommended 8 cups of water today. :)

Looks like we have the exact opposite issue! I eat healthy but don't exercise, and you exercise but don't eat healthy! Glad we're helping each other out here, LOL.
Yay at the water!
Definitely don't *not* eat dessert-- just replace one of the two deserts with something equally satisfying like a smoothie or flax cookies! :)
