Spent all day doing housework while homeschooling my daughter and trying to exercise..even if it's in little bits. I didn't smoke a single cigarette all day..in fact it's been 24 hours since I've had one! Yay Me! I did pretty good with eating today too, I haven't been very hungry. I made fish again..It's a very healthy meal and my whole family loves it. It's amazing how well my kids are eating, they love the new healthy stuff as much as the others! I have my 3yr old and my 7 yr. old doing Yoga and exercising right along with me, and it's by choice, they just came over and started doing it. My 3yr old was attempting to do the eliptical today when my husband came down and said "what are you doing? Your not supposed to be on there." She looked at him and smiled "I gotta do my exercises Dad!"..it was cute:) Have a Goodnight Guys!
