Well i fell off the wagon yesterday :0/ i didnt even try to stay on this was a planned fall lol. we had company last night and ordered wrestle mania on ppv and i just decided to pig out on chips and pizza. well i am paying for it now the scale rose. i am going to try not to dwell on it every one deserves a pig out day. i packed healhty food for lunch and will stay on track today. gonna do some extra cardio today to make up for it. Over my bad eating weekend at least i made it to zumba on saturday. That is one good thing...
