Wonderful day, beautiful weather, great time with family and those like family today. Nomad rocks and the Easter service did not disappoint! I hope you celebrated this day in your own way and shared it with all the ones you love.
Breaking News: I took a NAP!!!
Yesterday was my birthday, and I had to work in the morning but the rest of the day I spent here at home, which was fine because it's going to be a crazy week ahead. I cooked for me and my sis... grilled chicken, some yummy veggies and pasta, had a couple cold ones, made myself a cake that was a big treat. Did good this past week on food and ok on exercise.
I am getting prepared to leave for Cayo Costa on Thursday... that's when I will actually "celebrate" my birthday with my buddies. Looking forward to 5 days of being outdoors in God's beautiful creation on the Gulf of Mexico, hanging out, fishing, shelling, hiking, biking, and kayaking. Oh, and eating and drinking a little. :-)
I work a half day tomorrow, then all day Tues and Weds so I am starting to pack now! No weigh-in for BLN today and I will be gone next Sunday, so it will be the 22nd before my next weigh-in. I will rock it.
