havent been to the gym for a week and had kids over so, been eating cakes and chocs all weekend, feel crap as have undone all good work done, but was getting sick of chicken and salad at lunch, need to have chicken and salad for lunch this week again and do spin tues, and pilates on thurs. will avoid carbs at home for dinner and see what difference is made for fri ? only 3 days but hopefully can lose these 4lbs again as quick as put on ?
