Dziennik ireznik, 13 kwi 12

I already know today is gunna suck for my diet big time! We are having a "fun day" at work where we are all going to a bowling alley with open bar and unlimited bar food appetizers....plus if I am drinking this means I will not be able to go to my 2 workout classes right afterwards...so not only a calorie bomb but also not working out. I am kind of mad and kind of looking forward to being a diet slacker...also kind of mad at myself for looking forward to being a diet slacker.

You can always focus on the bowling and have the food and drink be an added bonus! Bowling is exercise, it is just the fun and silly kind :) If you're feeling bad for the beer and cheese fries sneak away to do some squats with a heavy bowling ball. Kind of kidding, but it would work! Or just enjoy your impromptu cheat day and start fresh tomorrow. Have a happy weekend!!

Just have a couple of the things you want and do healthy otherwise. That's what I do when I want something but without over indulging.

I try and work it off the next day by eating SUPER HEALTHY! Haha. it's harder on the weekends for me..
