On the road: day one – so far so good. Had breakfast with friends and made a run to the dump yesterday, and then headed to the airport for my business trip. I had a taco salad (minus the taco) at the airport Qdoba and bought a 1.5oz bag of nuts for the flight. I got in rather late, checked into the hotel and went to bed.
Today is my workout day so I headed to the hotel fitness center hoping it had the basic equipment I need – it did. Nothing special, but made it through my normal workout routine. I brought my protein shakes with me and had one for breakfast with some watered down hotel coffee.
Anyhow, I am off to do my first session.
