Giving up the things we know and love take determination and will power yes sometimes we slip up. This week I have been offered all of my favorites from candy to bread " lord knows I love bread " and I am happy to report I said nope even when no one was around I stuck to my choices e and stay carb and sugar free. In three weeks I hope I still feel this way.
