Haven’t been on for a while because I was laid up, very sick, the pain was unbearable, joints, muscles and migraine that just wouldn’t go away no matter what meds I took. So I had to try and sleep it off. On Thursday I did 4.10 miles and on Saturday I did 3.56 miles. Happy to be back on track! 😃
