What recipe did you use, and how did it taste? I'm very interested in trying this!

It tasted okay.. It could have been a touch sweeter and a bit more cinnamon... It's 6 eggs, 2 tsp erythritol, 1tsp mapline, 1tsp vanilla, I shook on cinnamon but probably1/4tsp which I mixed together well... Then added 2tbsp coconut flour and mixed it in then added butter as a big chunk and popped it in the microwave for 3:30 minutes stored the first 2 minutes every 30 seconds.. Then let it cook and cooked it 30 seconds til it was almost solid and cut it up and stored in the little wet patch that was in the middle and let it sit a minute so it was cooked but like a bread pudding instead of a cake.

Draglist- taste and texture.. Since it is soft and eggy. I always added the syrup to the French toast, so I made the egg dredge (keto) and then been playing with the add in part to make it "bready"
