I weighed in early rather than Monday due to the Holidays..Food etc...
So happy for a loss!
I'm still sick. I have a cough and am still congested. It's 2 weeks today. I've been so tired I haven't done the Treadmill or filled out my food diary! Good Lord! I'll hopefully get back to normal tracking soon.
Ok everyone! continued success to you all.
You know I'm cheering you on! I'll do a better job of that after the Holiday Season.
