Feeling good. The old body must be starting to fix itself up a little. Got out of bed and went downstairs before I realized that my knees weren't hurting. Usually it takes 5-10 minutes of moving before everything feels good. I have been doing squats and doing extra stairs whenever I can (and my knees let me) so something is happening. A long way to go, but its happening. My first big milestone is coming soon. I should be able to weigh myself on my own scale shortly. It maxes out at around 390 so its coming. Clothes are already looser and just feeling better is a GREAT thing.
