Dziennik happyhabit, 22 mar 10

I can not believe I have lost about 12 pounds in a week JUST by changing my diet and going for 20 minute walks everyday. My stomach is trying to get use to only having 35 pounds a day (weight watchers) my 1st day on here I think I ate 75 which goes to show me how badly I was eating. I'm tired of walking down the street only to have men behind me say rude things about my size. I actually heard one man tell his girlfriend that if she got to my size he would leave her. What a jerk! Anyways wish I could run into him once this weight is gone hehe.
